Student of the Month

Ms. Katlyn’s Reading Challenge!

April’s Student of the Month will be selected from the students who complete Ms. Katlyn’s Reading Challenge. It is open to all Kumon students to participate, in both the Math and Reading Programs.  Students must sign up with Ms. Katlyn during the first week of April (1 – 7).

When students sign up they will receive a Kumon Book Tracker. Using the Book Tracker, students must fill out a page for each book (or chapter of a book) that they read during the week. On the student’s main class day, they must present the Book Tracker to Ms. Katlyn to review what the student has accomplished and how well they have recorded their progress.

For Early Learners (Levels 7A – 2A) who wish to participate, please speak with Ms. Katlyn about special instructions.

One lucky reading star will receive a Flashlight kit, including a super bright LED flashlight, rechargeable batteries with charger, and a bike mount.
