Kumon Special Offer – get a $25 Indigo Gift card

If you’ve ever been interested in enrolling your child in a second subject or enrolling another child in Kumon – now is the time!
I’m very excited to announce that our centre will be offering a $25 Indigo Gift Card to any students who add a second subject or enroll a sibling in the month of December. Many Kumon students study the Math and Reading Programs together and enjoy the benefits of this dual approach to their Kumon study.
The Kumon Math Program covers a wide range of topics, from counting and number sequencing to university level calculus. The program is designed to build strong mental math skills that many children are not developing today. Our pencil to paper approach really goes a long way in the Kumon Math Program, as students learn to add, subtract, divide and multiply without the use of calculators!
The Kumon Reading Program is designed to build the critical skills that will help your child develop a lifelong love of reading. From letter sounds to Shakespeare, your child will improve their oral reading and writing skills. The Kumon Reading Program also features a wide variety of renowned titles that expose your child to rich literature, showcasing history, the arts, science, and culture.
If you’re interested in this offer, please call the centre to schedule a placement test. As always, please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your child’s progress, goals, and Kumon routine. We’re always here to help your child make the most of their Kumon experience!

More honors for students of Kumon Vancouver-South

Last year, Tiffany L. from our centre was a winner of the Inspirational Student Stories contest and was invited to the 2017 Kumon Instructor Conference as a student speaker.

We are delighted to announce that this year, Jenny Z. from our centre has been selected to participate in the 2018 Kumon Student Conference.  Jenny and her parents will receive an all expensive paid trip to the conference this July in Calgary, Alberta.

The Student Conference Committee reviewed over 1,000 outstanding applications from students all over the United States, Canada and Mexico. The selection process to pick just 56 students was not easy because so many excellent applications were submitted.  The committee aimed to find the most well-rounded students with unique personalities and interesting perspectives on Kumon.

Congratulation, Jenny!

All of us at the centre are extremely proud and honored by students like Jenny and Tiffany.  As exceptional as they are, ALL of our students hold the potential for great achievements.  Let's keep the winning streak going for 2019!
